Install libheif-tools

sudo dnf install -y libheif-tools

check HEIF decoders (HEIC and AVIF)

heif-convert --list-decoders

For Nautilus thumbnails regenerating restart Nautilus and remove thumbnails cache.

nautilus -q
rm ~/.cache/thumbnails
